Shipping Conditions

  • Orders will be shipped only after payment confirmation. We ship daily, except Sundays and public holidays.
  • Processing Time: Orders confirmed before 11.00 AM (GMT+7) will begin processing and be shipped on the same business day. Orders confirmed after 11.00 AM will be shipped on the next business day.
  • Our Preparation Time for all orders is typically 1 business days (before transit begins). In case of unexpected delays, the company reserves the right to ship the next business day.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the package weight and delivery address directly through the rates provided by our selected logistics partners (Kerry, DHL, ThaiPost, UPS, etc.). The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout after you enter your address.

Special Offer: All domestic orders (Thailand only) with a total value of 100,000 THB or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping. 

International Shipping Terms (DAP – Delivered At Place)
For international shipments, Luxury29 delivers orders under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. This means we arrange shipping and delivery to the address provided by the customer, and cover all transportation costs until the goods arrive at the destination country.

Please note: Shipping fees do not include customs duties, taxes, or any other additional charges for international shipments. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.

Estimated Delivery Time      

  • Domestic shipping (Thailand): 1 - 2 business days

  • International shipping: 1 - 3 business days
    (Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local shipping conditions.)

Please Note: The above delivery times do not include the handling and preparation period required by the store before shipment.

Important: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, reshipping will incur additional fees.

4. Select your preferred payment method.

How to buy and choose to pick up at the store

1. Select products, add to cart by clicking “Purchase” button and check selected products before paying.

2. Select a delivery method as “Pick Up”

3. Select the store front which you prefer to pick up

4. Proceed to order and complete the payment

5. The store will prepare the product (typically within 1 business day)

6. We will notify you via the provided email address once your order is ready for pick up at the selected store.

Note: Customers must pick up the ordered products within 14 days from the date of the call.

(In case the buyer picks up the product himself)

1. Show the real ID card to the staff in front of the store.

2. Prepare a receipt document (Receipt) received via Email Address where customers can show evidence via mobile phone or tablet device to show store staff.

(In the case of giving to others receive the product instead)

1. The recipient's original ID card Copy of ID card of the purchaser with power of attorney certifies the correct document

  • Currency exchange rates depend on your bank.Once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be modified or canceled. 
  • Prices displayed in other currencies are approximate and for reference only. The final payment amount will be calculated and charged in Thai Baht (THB), using the exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
